FAQ
Common Questions
From contract to move-in in 4 to 6 months — roughly three times faster than traditional stick-built construction. Once the foundation is set and panels arrive on site, the superstructure can be assembled in as few as 15 days.
Home pricing starts at $86,700 for the 1-bedroom model (1,000 sq ft) and goes up to $172,600 for the 4-bedroom model (2,022 sq ft). These prices cover the full superstructure and delivery to the lower 48 states.
Steel panels offer R-48 insulation (more than double wood-framed walls), won't rot or attract termites, and include pre-routed electrical and plumbing from the factory. The powder-coated exterior requires no repainting or re-siding, reducing lifetime maintenance costs significantly.
Zona Verde holds structural engineering certifications for Michigan, Texas, Arizona, and Oklahoma, with active expansion underway. Delivery is available to all lower 48 states. Contact us to confirm certification status for your project location.

Four Winds: Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas

The Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas is launching Phase 1 of a landmark housing initiative with the construction of 25 Four Winds Homes, our 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath model, across two worksites in Eagle Pass, Texas.
A 48-person local construction crew was trained by Zona Verde's engineering team and will deploy to build additional projects across the region.
