Precision-Engineered Homes
Move-In Ready in 4–6 Months

Electrical, plumbing, and insulation are built into every panel at the factory. Once the foundation is set, the structure goes up in as few as 15 days.

Watch a Home Go Together

Every panel arrives from the factory with structure, insulation, electrical, and plumbing already inside. Here's how the system assembles, from foundation to finished home.

Four Winds: Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas

Crew assembling engineered wall panels for Four Winds homes in Eagle Pass, Texas

The Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas is launching Phase 1 of a landmark housing initiative: 25 Four Winds Homes, our 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath model, now under construction across two worksites in Eagle Pass, Texas.

A 48-person local construction crew was trained by Zona Verde's engineering team and will deploy to build additional projects across the region.

Common Questions

From contract to move-in in 4 to 6 months, roughly three times faster than traditional stick-built construction. Once the foundation is set and panels arrive on site, the structure can be assembled in as few as 15 days.

Home pricing starts at $86,700 for the 1-bedroom model (1,000 sq ft) and goes up to $172,600 for the 4-bedroom model (2,022 sq ft). These prices cover the complete home structure and delivery to the lower 48 states.

Every home is built from Engineered Structural Insulated Panels (ESIPs): each panel arrives from the factory with R-48 insulation (more than double a typical wood-framed wall) and pre-routed electrical and plumbing already inside. The panels won't rot, warp, or attract termites, and the powder-coated exterior never needs repainting or re-siding, so lifetime maintenance costs stay low.

Each home is engineered for a projected 50-year lifespan. Non-combustible, non-warping materials and a factory-applied powder-coat finish are designed to withstand the elements with minimal maintenance: no repainting, no re-siding, no drywall repairs.

Zona Verde holds structural engineering certifications for Michigan, Texas, Arizona, and Oklahoma, with active expansion underway. Delivery is available to all lower 48 states. Contact us to confirm certification status for your project location.
